Admission Procedure

  • Students are admitted to Kinder Garten and Primary Classes during the New Admission season.
  • Admission to XI standard will start immediately after the declaration of X Standard Board Examination result.
  • Admission for classes LKG – STD IX will be done subject to availability of seats.
  • For Admisssion to LKG the child must have completed 3 years of age as on 31st July of the particular year wherein he / she seeks admission.
  • Application Forms may be obtained at the Administrative Office during office hours on working days after the New Admission Announcement.
  • Application Form duly filled shall be submitted along with the following documents within the stipulated time.
  • Application Form without the required document will not be considered for Admission.

Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission

  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Aadhaar
  • Photo of ward / student
  • Community Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate obtained from the previous school
    Note The Transfer Certificate must be duly countersigned by the competent Educational Authority if the student is shifting from a school in another Educational District / State / Country.
  • Original std X marksheet with 2 photostat copies (Applicable to std XI).
  • Migration Certificate (Applicable to students seeking admission to Std XI from other Boards).
